Terms of Sale

Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of SEO audit packages on the TryGEO website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Products and Pricing

TryGEO offers per-site audit packages: Essential (€9, 10 pages), Standard (€19, 50 pages), Pro (€39, 200 pages). Each purchase includes 2 audits of the same domain, allowing you to verify improvements after corrections. The first single-page audit is free, without creating an account. Prices are in euros, tax included.

Payment Terms

Payment is made by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. Payment is required at the time of order. The site audit is available immediately after payment confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal.

However, in accordance with Article L221-28, audits that have already been launched are non-refundable, as the service has been fully performed. Only unused packages may be refunded.

Delivery and Service Execution

The site audit is launched automatically after payment confirmation. The SEO and GEO report is generated in real time.

Liability

The SEO audit results provided by TryGEO are informational in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of results. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made based on audit results.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
